Соглашение по инвестиционным мерам, связанным с торговлей; Соглашение по связанным с торговлей инвестиционным мерам, ТРИМС (соглашение ВТО, согласно которому страны-члены обязались устранить торговые ограничения, связанные с условиями, которые должны выполнять иностранные инвесторы, чтобы получить разрешение на осуществление инвестиций в определенной стране, напр., требование о содержании местных компонентов, требование о соответствии стоимостных объемов экспорта и импорта, требование об ограничении импорта; подписано в рамках Уругвайского раунда многосторонних переговоров; вступило в силу в 1995 г.)
